Zelda is as sweet and loving as she is beautiful. She is a gorgeous white cat with one blue eye and one green eye. Sometimes these cats can be deaf, but Zelda is not.
Zelda came to us from the Tacoma Humane Society. She is a senior cat and her exact age is unknown. Zelda has had a comprehensive medical exam with a complete blood panel and urinalysis. She is healthy, with no sign of kidney or other metabolic disease. She does have some arthritis and we've put her on a joint supplement (Dasuquin) which we mix into her canned food each morning. This has made her more comfortable and happier.
Zelda would thrive in a quiet adult only home. She does not care for other cats or dogs and would prefer to be your one and only.
Senior cats are 8 years and older. The adoption fee includes the spay or neuter surgery (which is already done), microchip, testing for feline leukemia and FIV, distemper vaccination, deworming and flea treatment. In addition, all of our senior kitties receive a thorough veterinary exam with comprehensive bloodwork, urinalysis (to check their kidney health) and dental care if needed. It is always our policy to treat any known medical condition or disclose the condition if it's an ongoing concern.
