If you are not a resident of Fidalgo or Guemes Island, there are other low cost options available: 

WeSNIP

WeSNIP is a mobile vet clinic that provides free and low cost spay/neuter services for eligible pet owners in Whatcom and Skagit Counties. Appointments are not required. Registration is on a first come, first served basis.

NOAH

The Noah Center provides low cost spay/neuter services at their clinic in Stanwood every day. To make an appointment, call (360) 629-7055.

Whidbey Cats Spay Neuter transports Whidbey Island cats to and from NOAH for spay/neuter. Contact Martha Burdick at (360) 331-8221 or whidbeycats@gmail.com.

Humane Society

The Humane Society provides low cost spay/neuter services on the first and third Tuesday of each month. To make an appointment, call (360) 757-0445.
